Lynda Crooms, the director/owner of mPower, is a master's level therapist who has a varied background that includes her work as a mental health therapist, vocational rehabilitation counselor, adjunct instructor at the bachelor's level, and disability claims manager. Lynda is also an author and public speaker. She provides motivation and encourages you to have the best personal and professional life possible.

Lynda Crooms is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. Lynda is a certified Executive Leadership Trainer through Pursuit of Excellence.

| Our director has had the opportunity to touch the lives of many through her work in counseling, teaching, and crisis intervention. She has worked with adults, children, the elderly, adults who have disabilities, families with youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and families who have experienced abuse or neglect. She uses her professional and personal experiences in her career as a counselor, trainer, public speaker, and holistic life coach. |
